November 2014

November 1st was my cute nephew Kyler's baptism. The whole family made the trip up to Perry, Utah the day after Halloween to see his special day.  After the baptism and confirmation we went to my sister Tina's house for a yummy lunch and visited with family.

exhausted!

On November 7th we had a disaster. The p trap under the sink came loose and their was also a soft clog and anyway the water from the sink and disposal was going underneath the sink and under our floorboards and dripping into our storage room! Servepro came out and dried everything out and then ripped out the cabinets and our sink and a bunch of the floorboards :(. We have been without a kitchen for forever! They have to resand our whole main floor and restain it, rebuild the cabinets and put on a new counter top since they broke ours taking it out. Kind people from our ward have brought us yummy dinners and family and friends have fed us too. It has been supremeley annoying to be without a sink, but not as bad as it was when our whole upstairs was flooded! At least Michael was home this time! Hopefully it will be all done before Christmas.

Michael and I got to go on a couple of dates too! My sister Judy watched the girls so we could go see Interstellar (which we loved). Lucy has gotten stubborn and wouldn't take a bottle so we had to go back to feed her right after the movie, but at least we got out! Then Craig and Renee watched the girls while we saw Mockingjay with Amber and Brad! It was nice to have some grown up time!

Lucy turned 4 months old on the 18th! She rolled over from her tummy to her back just a few days before that. She has only done that a few times though. Miss Lucy weighed 14 lbs. 4 oz. at her check up which is double her birth weight and puts her in the 67%. She was 26" long putting her at 96% (have no idea why our gilrs are so tall!) and her head was 40.9 cm 58%. She is growing great! She was so good about her shots. She only cried for a few seconds. Lily on the other hand cried the whole way home and while we were at the office because she wanted a shot too! I had to get out Lily's doctor kit when we got home and give her a little check up too! Silly girl!

Lucy is such a happy, smiley baby. She loves to growl and babble now. She refuses binkies and bottles but loves to suck on her hands and fingers. She likes to rub her feet together like a true Stoker! She is such a sweet girl and so adorable. She is impossible to not love.

So happy!

Thanksgiving was so much fun. My brother Ryan and his family flew up from AZ for the week so we spent lots of time with the Stoker clan. Lucy was very beloved and spoiled, being held constantly. All of Jayme's and Ryan's boys loved her. They all wanted to kiss and snuggle her. We ate a delicious Thanksgiving lunch with my family at 1 and played some fun games, then our little family headed over to Alpine and ate another amazing meal with the Malouf's and Orton's at Aunt Diane's house. It was a really fun day. We are so lucky and blessed and with so much to be thankful for.

Grandpa Stoker got Lucy to go to sleep!

Sweet Lily officially gave Lucy her other dog, "fat dog". Now she always make sure that Lucy has it :)

Snuggling Sisters

Jayme was always in line to snuggle Lucy!

Looking so serious with a balloon attached to his head

I'm so thankful for these 2!

I finally took Lucy's 4 month pictures 11 days late! We lost our camera so I just used my phone:

Please ignore the messy house behind Lucy and focus on the cute baby :)
